Researchers working on multi-modal biometrics technology to validate the identity of persons in defense or other government agency funded programs may be interested in an advanced voice biometrics technology that provides high-speed identity verification, precise user identification, and impostor screening features.
Auraya Systems recently announced significant upgrades to its voice biometrics engine called ArmorVox. It contains progressive voice biometric features such as impostor mapping, speaker adaptive thresholds, and voice quality assurance.
ArmorVox maximizes authentication accuracy for each user enrolled in the system, tailoring thresholds to the security performance of each voiceprint in the system using innovative impostor mapping algorithms and filters called ImpostorMaps. This is distinguishable from other commercial technologies that employ a less-precise method of tuning a voice database for the overall population.
Auraya Systems developed advanced voice identity verification tools as a result of more than 20 years of consulting and implementing a number of the world’s largest voice security deployments.
Auraya Systems offers development licenses suitable for government-funded biometrics R&D programs.
