• 59% of hiring managers say that finding capable candidates is their primary recruiting challenge.

• 52% were saying the same thing in 2007.

• Six out of 10 employers estimate at least 25% of the applicants who contact them are not qualified.

• 31% say that more than half of candidates aren’t suitable.
