Does anyone know if Brocade FCIP OR SAN switches work with other vendor's switches/ routers ?

Unfortunately Brocade will not support them w/any other vendor's products w/the exception of McData switches. In that scenario you have two options. 1) Connect to the McData switches via EX ports. 2) Put the 7500 into interop mode and connect to the McData via an E-Port however, in this configuration you can't use FCR (Fibre Channel Routing).
