Taking Aim at Call Centers' Costs

About Me: I am a professional freelance writer with 25 years in the computer industry, including four with Gartner and five with META Group. I also have 10 years of experience as a daily newspaper journalist back in the 1970s.

What I'm Working On: I work for numerous clients, many of them former colleagues at META or Gartner. For Wikibon I attend the Peer Incite meetings and edit and post the written version of the meeting summary on the site. And I then edit and construct the newsletter that comes out of that meeting. From early 2006 until December 2007 I wrote a weekly column on network-related issues for ComputerWorld Online along with an occasional blog about handheld computing, which is a long-time hobby. I also work as either an editor or ghost writer for Saugatuck Technology / Blueprint Marketing / Claraview / neoIT / Solix Technologies and Sybase.
