From Wikibon
Wikibon editors improve the brevity, clarity, and grammatical and spelling accuracy of Wikibon text and graphics. These editors work together to establish and ensure consistency with Wikibon style rules.
Editorial "work orders" are pages created for the specific purpose of initiating requests for improving content through editorial review and should be categorized using the syntax [[Category:Editorial projects]]. Example editorial projects include:
- An author writes a passage that reflects some idea, fact, or opinion and an editor amends the spelling, word choice, grammatical tense, etc., of the passage without transforming the seminal thought the author originally intended.
- Sometimes, interpretation is required, but generally great editors try not to alter meaning.
After completing a project, editors should re-categorize the project or work order from:
[[Category:Editorial projects]]
to
[[Category:Editorial projects complete]].
